Hoe koppelt u uw hoortoestellen aan een Android™ -apparaat met behulp van Fast Pair

Voordat u begint

Oticon-hoortoestellen kunnen rechtstreeks worden gekoppeld aan geselecteerde Android-telefoons en -tablets. Door de hoortoestellen te koppelen en de Oticon Companion-app op uw apparaat te installeren, kunt u het geluid aanpassen.

Met de hoortoestellen van Oticon kunt u ook muziek en audio naar uw hoortoestellen streamen vanaf Android.  Om dit direct te kunnen doen, moet u Android-apparaat Bluetooth® LE Audio of Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) ondersteunen. Met bepaalde Android-telefoons met Bluetooth LE Audio kunt u ook handsfree bellen. Als uw apparaat LE Audio- of ASHA-technologie niet ondersteunt, hebt u een accessoire nodig zoals ConnectClip of Easy LE Adapter* om audiostreaming en handsfree communicatie vanaf uw hoortoestellen mogelijk te maken.

Fast Pair is een door Google ontwikkelde Bluetooth-koppelingsservice die het verbinden van Android-apparaten met Bluetooth LE Audio vereenvoudigt en waarmee koppelingsinformatie kan worden overgedragen naar andere Bluetooth LE-audioapparaten die zijn aangemeld met hetzelfde Google-account.

Download de Oticon Companion-app

U heeft de Oticon Companion-app nodig om uw Android-toestel te koppelen aan uw hoortoestellen.

Om uw Android-toestel rechtstreeks te verbinden met uw hoortoestellen via Fast Pair

Vereist Android 15 of hoger en hoortoestellen met LE Audio.

Ga voor meer informatie over compatibiliteit naar oticon.global/compatibility.

Plaats uw hoortoestellen in de buurt van uw telefoon.

Zorg ervoor dat ze zich binnen 15 cm van elkaar bevinden.

Zorg ervoor dat Bluetooth® is ingeschakeld.

Ga naar > Instellingen en schakel zo nodig Bluetooth in.

Start uw hoortoestellen opnieuw op.

  • Voor hoortoestellen met wegwerpbatterijen moet u de batterijlade openen en sluiten.
  • Voor oplaadbare hoortoestellen: schakel ze uit door de onderste knop van elk hoortoestel drie seconden ingedrukt te houden en ze vervolgens weer in te schakelen.
  • Als uw hoortoestellen geen knoppen hebben, plaatst u de hoortoestellen in de oplader en verwijdert u ze weer om de hoortoestellen opnieuw op te starten

Uw hoortoestellen detecteren.

Uw Android-toestel dat geschikt is voor LE Audio zal automatisch uw hoortoestellen detecteren zodra het toestel ontgrendeld wordt.

Eenmaal gedetecteerd, verschijnt automatisch het volgende scherm.

Druk op Verbindent.

Sluit uw hoortoestellen aan op uw Android-toestel.

Zodra uw hoortoestellen zijn aangesloten, drukt u op Klaar.

De app zoekt automatisch naar hoortoestellen.

Uw hoortoestellen detecteren.

De app begint automatisch uw hoortoestellen te detecteren. 

Eenmaal gedetecteerd, verschijnt de naam van uw hoortoestellen op het scherm. 

Kies uw hoortoestellen.

Maak verbinding met uw apparaat.

Wacht tot de Oticon Companion app verbinding maakt met uw hoortoestellen. Laat uw apparaat op verzoek koppelen met uw hoortoestellen. 

Zodra uw hoortoestellen zijn aangesloten, drukt u op Doorgaan.
